- 1990-

Around 1990, Norm Brux, a tool and die maker located in Lodi obtained some large pieces of steel and decided to try to make a cannon. With some machining, boring with the biggest drill bit he had, and some wood from a pallet, the cannon was complete.

The signal cannon is now used at the start of each rifle match along with the presentation of colors and playing of the National Anthem. Can you tell it uses black powder.

Only the neighbors complain about the 8:00am wake up call.
